The role of artists in the framing and interpretation of critical or transformational moments in history is one of the subjects addressed by Hannah Darabi, Rachel Khedoori and Ron Terada in this challenging show. All three bear witness to our changing times, whether working with archival materials concerning the Iranian revolution; using sculpture, film and photography to destabilize our reading of the Iraq war; or creating large text works that critique the ways in which news is delivered and received.
