Jennifer Marman & Daniel Borins: Three Dimensions

This show features three interactive installations – Balancing Act, THX2020 and ABCD – by multidisciplinary duo Jennifer Marman & Daniel Borins. Their works combine a raft of virtual, physical and conceptual means and mediums to mess with notions of artistic authenticity and agency. Balancing Act, for example, invites gallery visitors to activate a large-scale claw crane to stack sculptural objects in the middle of the room while also surrounding us with paintings of similar objects in idealized – and impossible – formations.
