To Oct 17 Don Gill: DETAIN. At 101 Exhibition Way S. Explores architectures of state confinement through photographs of the historical Exhibition grounds and First World War internment sites. To Oct 31 Jaeden Blewett & Germaine Koh, Asterisms: Terroir. At Oldman River Valley (park path crossroads near 210 Indian Battle Rd S). The second exhibition in SAAG’s 50th Anniversary series features woven flags made from local river valley plants and repurposed yarns. Opening Sep 19 Rachael Chaisson& Rita McKeough, Asterisms: Water Ways. SAAG Acadia (616 3 Ave S). The third exhibition in SAAG’s 50th Anniversary series, pairing an early-career Treaty 7 artist with a senior artist in a peer-mentorship collaboration.
