The exhibition combines photography, video and a soundscape of collective humming featuring the voices of local youth of Korean ancestry. Yoon’s art explores our collective grappling with the pandemic from a diasporic perspective and with a focus on rest, repair and coming together in difference. This exhibition is part of the 2023 Capture Photography Festival Selected Exhibition Program. Opening Day Celebration: Feb 18, 1-5pm, join Jin-me Yoon in conversation with EJ McGillis, Assistant Curator of Photographs Collection at the National Gallery of Canada. Free to attend.
