To May 29 Geoffrey Pagen The Portland Years. Manipulating inherently complex materials, creating erratic enamel/steel “paintings,” Geoffrey explores the tension between two and three dimensional perception. George Rodriguez El Zodiaco Familiar. A collaborative iteration of the Chinese Zodiac reimagined as analogous creatures of Mexican origin, bridging cultures and creating new narratives. Patti Warashina World Upside Down. The use of the body gives affirmation to the artist’s daily existence, and serves as the subject of her own “visual diary.” Warashina draws from her daily life and has an abnormal interest in the absurdity and foibles of human behavior, in which her figures have become the actors in her introspective narratives.
