At 95 years old, Cole continues to paint with remarkable vitality. While his work has continually evolved, his instinct for bold color, expressive gesture and inventive texture remains unmistakable. Rooted in the energy of Abstract Expressionism and shaped by global travel, social consciousness, and a relentless curiosity, his paintings trace a singular path guided not by trends, but by an unwavering inner vision.
