To Nov 25 Eastside Culture Crawl 2022: NEXT With the extraordinary challenges of the last couple of years, there seems to be a longing for change or a sense of normalcy. The exhibition gives artists an opportunity to reach for something new, perhaps a fresh start, or maybe a return to projects sidelined or interrupted studio practices. It responds to the after-effects of living through a pandemic, giving artists a chance to focus on what’s NEXT. Nov 28-Jan 12 Ann Goldberg: Perennial Canadians. Utilizing painting, photography and drawing, this Vancouver artist brings a sharp eye and realist approach to her work. People across all cultures see both spirituality and sentience in plants and flowers, and Goldberg is interested how they can function as symbols of hope and healing.
