Into the Garden | Jing Xia

Jing Xia is a process-based artist whose experiments in sculpture, installation and painting privilege unforeseen elements over those faithful to intention. Her current exhibition of ceramic forms is derived from the garden, where control and wildness, growth and decay extend beyond the beds’ physical borders and ask of the gardener something more fundamental than where to plant and what to remove.
