This exhibition, billed as “a celebration of the enduring friendships, artistic exchanges, and cultural contributions that continue to resonate within the Burnaby Art Gallery and beyond,” is drawn from the City of Burnaby Permanent Art Collection and features works by Gordon Adaskin, Todd Baker, Wayne Eastcott, Max Ernst, Miriam Haworth, Brian Fisher, Roy Kiyooka, Toni Onley, Bill Reid, Lin Chien-Shih, Gordon Smith and Jack Wise. Also included are letters between lifelong Burnaby arts patron Harry Locke and many of the artists in the show.
