Maya Beaudry: Nesting

In this breakthrough exhibition, Maya Beaudry presents a series of wall works that combine printmaking, photomontage, painting, machine sewing and appliqué. The settings for many of these works are nesting stations, though not like those found in lifestyle magazines. Three feature barns: two with high, heavenly, cathedral-like ceilings, while the third is more abject, closer to a junkie’s manger.
