As We Imagined

Mounting a series of highly varied group shows over the past two years, this new gallery is concentrating on younger unaffiliated artists who are expressing unusual imagery, polished material execution, and surprisingly individual visions. For As We Imagined, owner A. McLean Emenegger has managed to uncover six more artists who deserve greater exposure and attention. Ricky Allman, a.p. gath, Bean Gilsdorf, Melissa Monroe, Jesse Reno and Grace Weston display their particular explorations of fantasy landscapes, mysterious interiors, and imaginative tufted-wool wall hangings.
