Allied Arts of Whatcom County

Opening Jun 5 Elements of Identity. We celebrate local indigenous art, with bold, vibrant paintings from Jason LaClair and beautifully hand-crafted sculptural pieces from Michelle DeAsis. Opening Jul 3 Collectively Assembled: Salish Sea explores collaboration and interdisciplinary practices through immersive installations inspired by the Salish Sea. Blending diverse materials and methods, Suzanne Morlock and Jo Edwardson embrace both structure and spontaneity in their own ways. A portion of proceeds from artwork sales during the exhibition will directly support Allied Arts of Whatcom County and its ongoing efforts to strengthen arts programming.
