Open Book Tours at Daisy Lane – 3rd Wednesdays
Our Open Book Tours bring artists’ books out of the display case and into your hands—but these new, special Open Book sessions bring them outside the museum walls!

Still happening every third Wednesday, these tours take place at BIMA’s Daisy Lane: Print & Book Artist Residency (Daisy Lane) studio.

Each session will be presented by a guest, either the current Daisy Lane artist in residence or an artist whose work is featured in our current artists’ books exhibition. Our guest will share their own work alongside a curated selection of artists’ books from the Cynthia Sears Artists’ Books Collection. As always, you’ll be able to hands-on in your exploration of featured artists’ books, but you’ll also have the unique opportunity to hear directly from artists about their ideas and work!

These intimate gatherings invite you to handle and experience artists’ books, connect with their makers, and find inspiration in our beautiful new studio space, Daisy Lane.
