Annual Call for Submissions

The Ferry Building Gallery in West Vancouver is now accepting applications for our 2027 exhibition program (for both solo and group exhibitions).
Submissions are accepted online only. The deadline to submit is September 17 at 11:59 p.m.

Applicants must:
• Be a past or present resident of the North Shore, Bowen Island, Gulf Islands, Sunshine Coast, or Sea-to-Sky corridor
• Not be exclusively represented by a commercial gallery in BC
• Have exhibition-ready 2D or 3D artwork (no large-scale or digital/video/sound installations)
• Pay a $20 processing fee (fee waivers available — contact gallery@westvancouver.ca)

Your submission should include:
• Exhibition proposal with a proposed theme
• 3–5 representative images (format: ArtistName_WorkTitle_Date_Medium_Dimensions)
• Corresponding list of works with titles, date, medium, dimensions, and prices
• CV and short biography
• Processing fee receipt
