Apr 4-26 Mother Earth: Group Show presents works by Puget Sound Group Northwest Artists. The group has been in operation since 1928, and members have included many of the most renowned artists of the region. Artists’ reception: Apr 11, 5-9pm. May 1-31 ShadowLight: Kathy Ross explores the powerful dialogue between the shadows in our world and the light that we can invoke to counterbalance the dark. Her work invites viewers to consider how darkness and brightness shape our perceptions, and our sense of self through her powerful art. Kathy is a mixed media sculptor specializing in detailed, narrative art created from recycled materials. Artists’ reception: May 9, 5-9pm.
