Salt Spring Arts (SSA) promotes community vitality through the arts. Apr 14-30 16th Annual Spring Art Show: Archipelago – Contemporary Art of the Salish Sea. Presenting our first international visual art exhibition, as part of a unique and important cultural exchange between two of North America’s most feted arts communities – the Southern Gulf Islands of BC, Canada, and the San Juan Islands of Washington State, USA. In collaboration with the San Juan Islands Museum of Art, and ArtSpring. For this celebration of artistic life in the Salish Sea we present six of the finest visual artists working in the Southern Gulf Islands: Temoseng Chazz Elliott, Anna Gustafson, Jane Kidd, John Macdonald, Sam Montalbetti and Joanna Rogers.
