Spring Unveiling Arts Festival

Cannon Beach’s Spring Unveiling Arts Festival showcases the latest works by popular gallery artists May 6-8. Each spring, Cannon Beach art galleries collect the latest works from their featured artists to showcase at the Spring Unveiling Arts Festival and the galleries will welcome some of their most popular artists as guests in the galleries during the weekend or will curate special exhibitions of their latest works. During the three days of the festival, gallery visitors may pick up a passport/gallery map, stamping it at each gallery they visit to be eligible to win one of ten $50-$100 gift certificates which can be redeemed at any gallery. Among the highlights of the 2022 festival, two galleries will be celebrating their 35th year in Cannon Beach including Jeffrey Hull Gallery featuring the work of the renowned local watercolorist, and Northwest By Northwest Gallery who represents several well known Northwest artists; a focus on art glass includes a three-person group show of glass artists at White Bird Gallery and four guest artists at Icefire Glassworks, the glassblowing studio and gallery of resident artists Jim Kingwell and Suzanne Kindland; a four-artist group show titled May Flowers at Cannon Beach Gallery, and DragonFire Gallery will present three days of art events with live music and guest artists demonstrating their techniques in the gallery.
