Artist Talk and Opening reception

In collaboration with the Caetani AiR Program, we are proud to present Sabrina Boulay in our featured Member's Gallery display for June 2023! You are invited to join us for the Opening Reception and Sabrina's Artist Talk this Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 pm.

An Emily Carr University BFA graduate, Sabrina's practice is primarily focused in ceramics. She has held sculpture exhibitions in Florence, Italy and Vancouver and was presented with the Emerging Artist Award at the Celebration of the Arts in her former hometown of Mission, BC. Now living in the Cariboo region of BC, Sabrina continues to work on her clay sculptures through her business, Legendary Cactus Ceramics.

During her residency, Sabrina has been working at the clay studio at the Vernon Community Arts Centre to create the sculptures for her current exhibition, "im" which explores the fragility of physical and mental health. Through her work, Sabrina wishes to capture the moments that make, shape, and break us individually.
