Nov 9-Dec 21 Curtis Cutshaw: Five Hole. Having just completed a major commission for the JW Marriott Hotel as part of the Edmonton Ice District in Edmonton, Alberta, Curtis Cutshaw continues to push the boundaries between painting and object. From the marks made on the arena boards by pucks to famous goalie masks, symbols of the Canadian game are fragmented and collaged into abstract works that are both subtle and devotional. Sara Robichaud: ANALOGUE. Sara Robichaud’s new series of paintings in the exhibition ANALOGUE, combine processes and ideas that embody the physicality of formalist painting, and invite imaginative, playful interpretation.
